Unfortunately what matters most in life is not what always gets are full attention. Stephen Covey says, “the key is not to prioritize whats on your schedule, but to schedule your priorities.” This year if what matters most is to get most of our attention, it will happen because we intentionally made room in our time for it. This series is around identifying what the bible calls us to put first, and over the next month keeping first things first.

There are a few moments in life where we are invited into a mile marker moment on our walk with the Lord. Mile marker moments are opportunities brought on by God where we are invited into something that will be a legacy builder for the next generation. These moments give us stories where we look back in our faith journey and say, “It was here God moved, God came through, God made a way, God opened the door,” in these moments we get to follow those words with, “And by faith we moved forward with him, we walked through the door he opened, or we were to afraid to go forward.” We are in a mile marker moment as a church. God is setting up a unique church on 101 where we believe generations to come will be reached and equipped to live in relationship and service to him. For 12 years we have been renting a space, but now we have the opportunity to become an embassy for God's Kingdom to our community. The question before us is will we respond to God’s invitation with faith or doubt?
